Add Resume

Add a resume to a candidate profile by visiting the resume tab and clicking Upload resume.

Multiple Resumes

View current and previous versions of a candidate's resume in one place. This allows you to add multiple versions and choose which version to set as the primary resume. 

Note: The primary resume is the default option of what others can see when viewing the candidate.

To add an additional resume to a candidate card: 

  1. Click Resume added on to access the dropdown menu.
  2. Click Upload resume then select which resume to upload.
  3. Click Make primary to indicate which resume is the primary version. 

Note: Toggle between resumes by clicking on the version you'd like to see.

Hide Images

This option allows you to see the text of the resume without images and custom formatting. 

  1. Click the dropdown arrow in the top right-hand corner of a candidate's resume.
  2. Click Hide images

Download, Print or Delete Resume

  1. Click the dropdown arrow in the top right-hand corner of a candidate's resume.
  2. Click Download, Print, or Delete resume.
