Add Resume
Add a resume to a candidate profile by visiting the resume tab and clicking Upload resume.
Multiple Resumes
View current and previous versions of a candidate's resume in one place. This allows you to add multiple versions and choose which version to set as the primary resume.
Note: The primary resume is the default option of what others can see when viewing the candidate.
To add an additional resume to a candidate card:
- Click Resume added on to access the dropdown menu.
- Click Upload resume then select which resume to upload.
- Click Make primary to indicate which resume is the primary version.
Note: Toggle between resumes by clicking on the version you'd like to see.
Hide Images
This option allows you to see the text of the resume without images and custom formatting.
- Click the dropdown arrow in the top right-hand corner of a candidate's resume.
- Click Hide images.
Download, Print or Delete Resume
- Click the dropdown arrow in the top right-hand corner of a candidate's resume.
- Click Download, Print, or Delete resume.
