Video conferencing can speed up the entire interview process. This approach is considerably less expensive compared to in-person interviews, and it allows better and easier scheduling on both parts.

How it works
1. Once your Comeet video interviews is activated, you can add the Zoom meeting when scheduling an interview by clicking on Add Zoom Meeting.
2. The Zoom meeting link will be added to the calendar invitation sent to the interviewer, as well as the email template sent to the candidate.
3. When the interviewer is ready to begin the interview and has clicked Start interview on the candidate card, he can then begin the Zoom meeting by clicking on Join Zoom Meeting on the interview screen.
4. The candidate will be able to join the Zoom meeting by clicking on the link provided in the interview invitation.
The Zoom meeting host can record interviews locally on their own device. The first interviewer to join the Zoom meeting will be the host by default. If there are multiple interviewers in a single meeting, the original host can grant host privileges during the Zoom meeting using the Manage Participants option. Once host privileges have been granted, both users can record the meeting locally on their own device independently of each other.
Q: I’m already using Zoom in our company. Can I use the Comeet integration with my company’s Zoom account?
A: It is not possible to integrate the company’s Zoom account with Comeet. Using the Comeet integration with Zoom makes sure that each interview has its own unique virtual Zoom meeting room and is not associated with a specific user. That way, even when interviewers change, the link to the Zoom meeting room always stays the same. This will avoid instances where you need to resend the invites to the different participants.
Q: How is usage calculated?
A: The monthly limit is defined by video hours. Video hours are counted by the duration of the interviews that took place, according to the number of participants. For example, an hour long interview of 2 interviewers and one candidate will be counted as 3 video hours.
